IKEA Arlon celebrates its 20th anniversary and offers 15% off to all customers!
On 17 May, IKEA Arlon will celebrate its 20th anniversary. To thank all its customers — from both Belgium and the Grand Duchy — the store will offer 15% off its entire range on that day. This is a concrete way to mark this milestone and reaffirm IKEA Arlon’s commitment for the years to come: to remain an accessible and sustainable presence, firmly rooted in the province of Luxembourg and the Grand Duchy.

On Saturday 17 May, all customers visiting IKEA Arlon will benefit from 15% off all items in-store. A special offer to thank customers and make home furnishing even more accessible for all.
IKEA Arlon welcomes thousands of visitors every year from both sides of the border. In 2024, nearly 55% of customers came from the Grand Duchy. Over the past 20 years, the store has established itself as a place of connection and exchange, where the habits and expectations of two neighbouring countries meet every day.
Logistics investments to better serve customers
To better serve this diverse customer base and respond to the continuous growth of online shopping, IKEA Arlon has made significant investments in logistics. In 2024, the store opened a new extension enabling it to manage the entire online order process, from preparation to shipping. It is the only one of IKEA’s eight Belgian stores to have a fully integrated logistics centre.
Last year, more than 21,624 orders were processed through this unit. In terms of delivery innovation, 42 lockers were installed in the car park, allowing customers to collect their purchases 24/7, whenever it suits them.
Over the years, the store has also evolved to offer an experience that is increasingly comfortable and welcoming. It relies on a team of 340 co-workers, including more than 81 who have been there since the store opened — representing nearly 23% of the staff.
Following two expansions, IKEA Arlon now covers 35,000 m², with a 380-seat restaurant that has become a popular meeting place. In 2024, 327,000 hot meals were served. And in the bistro, the classics are still going strong: 237,290 hot dogs were sold last year — a long-standing tradition that continues to delight visitors of all ages.
